What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal
When will my credit card account be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon your purchase. If your purchase includes a payment plan, your card will be charged every 30 days.
What will appear on my credit card statement?
Your credit card statement will show Blue Flute Software Creations, Inc.
How is sales tax calculated for my order?
Sales tax will be applied to Texas residents only.
Because we value your privacy, we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?
Yes. We offer a safe shopping experience. Our secure server encrypts all of your important information, such as credit card number and name. This encryption process take all of your personal information and converts it into code that is securely transmitted over the internet. We use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active and the server is secure. You can also double-check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site address will change from “http” to “https.”
Returns and Exchanges
• If your purchase includes software, you have 30 days to return it. After 30 days, there are no refunds.
• Payment plans are subject to the same terms as the full pay option. Payment plans may not be discontinued until the full payment plan is completed.
• If you have purchased a digital course or product, there are no returns and no refunds available.
• Please note that all credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Software and Data Use Terms & Conditions
Access to software and the data that it accesses (including your backups, and backups on our server) is available when payments are up to date and your account is in good standing. If a payment is late, you will have a 7 day grace period to bring your account current. If payment is not made by the end of the grace period, your software, data and backups will be locked, and you won't be able to access your business info. Once your account is current, software access will be unlocked, and you'll have access to your data. If your account becomes 90 days past due, a $300 reinstatement fee will be required, in addition to bringing your account current in order to unlock the software or provide access to backups. At that point, a $300 reinstatement fee will be charged each time your account is 30 days late.
Coaching & Consulting Terms & Conditions
Consulting and Coaching services are non-refundable for any reason.
It is agreed and understood that should Client deviate from payment terms outlined above after the commencement of services, all Services will be suspended until payment is made. Suspension of Services does not release Client from responsibility for fulfilling payment obligations.
By accepting the terms and agreements of the program you have chosen, you have authorized Blue Flute Software Creations, Inc. to charge your credit card for any unpaid charges on the dates set forth herein. If you choose a multi-pay, you authorize our company to make all changes at the time they are due and do not require separate authorization in order to do so. You agree to refrain from making any chargebacks to our account or to cancel the credit card that is provided as security without Blue Flute Software’s prior written consent. You will be held responsible for any fees (including billable hours by employees to handle such occurrences) associated with recouping payment on chargebacks and any collection fees associated therewith.
Live Events Terms & Conditions
As our live events have limited seating, if plans change and you must cancel your reservation, you may cancel up to sixty days prior to the event and receive a full refund less a $500 non refundable administration charge. If you have to cancel between 30-60 days prior to the event, you will get a 50% refund less the $500 non refundable administration charge. Any cancellations made less than thirty days prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund but you may send someone else in your place. VIP and Bonus Days are non refundable and non transferable.
Returned Check/Credit Card Fees
There will be a $25 service fee for all returned checks or declined credit card per incident. If payment is not made within 5 days of due date, a $50 service fee will be added.

As with any business endeavor, there is an inherent risk of loss of capital and there is no guarantee that you will earn any money.
